Gayle got a call out of the blue from a place called vector marketing and it pays 15 an hour, the interview is today and were both pretty excited about it.
Im still rocking the total gym and im starting to notice some really positive changes. my arms and shoulders are getting bigger and my chubby tummy is slowly dieing.woot.

Hey all, forgot my password and I've been working alot of crazy hours. I got a total gym (yes the one chuck noris sponcers...stupid mind control powers) and I'm on it like 2 or 3 hrs a day and it works really freaking good. I bought it from the newspapper add for a 100 bucks which is hella cheep. woot!.
Im still working for squaw creek and avalon lakes. the manager at the lakes is a bitch...but scot got sweet revenge for me by licking all over her bread before he made her sammich one day, man thats sweet...and very wrong.
Martial arts is also going well and i may be a purple belt in kempo before the end of summer. for any of you who care. also i made a martial arts goal for myself this summer, 10,000 reverse punches on my own to better understand the tehnique, I'm up to 600 and already noticeing a difference in my sparing.
My car is dieing from my server lack of car knowlede, i let the trasmission flid run out and some other things are wrong with it too, doug is toeing it to this garage to fix it and gayles mom was nice enough to let me borrow her car in the mean time...thats about it.

I'm finaly done with my JKD testing (woo) I'm now Lvl 1 certified in JKD (yeah thats right I get a +1 now) Tommy Gong came from california to test us and gave a gruleing EIGHT HOUR SEMINAR!!! but he taught us a ton of new material and JKD as a whole has really influenced my fighting methods.

I also realized how little i would actualy do if I didn't start martial arts. I would basicly eat, cook/bake then go to bed. but now i eat, cook/bake, kick ass or have my ass kicked then go to bed. not really much of a difference i realize but at least I have some good stories.

Gayles sister is over and I hate her...ok its more like pitty for a small retarted child. shes like 36 and has six fucking kids!. I don't really have any issues with the kids I just have an issue with her lack of common sence and decencey. Like my lastest bitch about her is that when one of gayles neibhors moved out she gave us her water bed to give to heather and I asked gayle when we were going to get rid of this thing cuz it takes up like half the living room...she looked at me and said i think it will be gone by this weekend...a MONTH IN A HALF later she comes by and I ask her when she was going to take the bed to her house and she looked at me and told me when she felt like it and she wasnt happy unless every one else is miserable. So now she won't pick it up out of spite and the bitch thinks it's funny!?!?! fuck you, play grown up long enough to pick up you're shit and act like you have and IQ above a fucking carrot! this bed has been here for three months and now shes in the living room ( where the bed is mind you) playing pac man with Gayles mom....KILL!!!!

but I'm too tired/ happy from testing and the seminar to bitch. plus I have a private lesson tomorow at 11 and I'm really tired so untill next time kids...

I quit the bakery, woo!. and my brain hasnt adjusted to being up during the day and I really don't care at this point. I will start my new job in like a week or two weeks, witch is perfect to fit in all the martial arts antics I have to do.

Gayle and I went to the barns and noble to look at ghost hunting books. They made us sad with there crappy pictures. were really thinking about making a book by the end of this summer from all the ghost pics. While we were talking about ghosts we ended up talking to this movie director and two actresses which was pretty cool, one of them offered to let us take pictures of the house her husband killed himself in...creepy. But I think we will still do it anyway.

Lately Gayle has been pissed off at me and I have no idea why. She'll get mad about something and not tell me all day and give me the silent treatment. Then when I ask whats wrong and she will tell me that no one listens to her but yet I ask her whats wrong all day and for some reason that means no one will listen to her. I douno...

Gayle also hyperextended both her elbows practiceing iado (sword drawing) with a katana thats our teachers but he's letting us borrow it for compatition this weekend. she was having trouble making the woosh noise with the katana witch inturn made her agravated and caused her to swing harder. doing so caused the right noise and to pull muscles in her shoulders and the hyperextension.

I'm slowly getting more ppl to come to Kendo. Dan wants to come now, I don't particuly care for Dan but if I get to put him in amor and wack the crap out of him it can't be all that bad. Dave and Tiffany should be comming back for the summer, I think Mariane will come as well....The non-stop pluging seems to be working.

Last week mark (the teacher) yelled at me in kendo for being lazy when i was not in amor. So I have decided to start doing my kendo workouts again but make the rest of the class join me while not in amor and it will consist of

50 right and left wrist rotations

200 men strikes, 4 reps of 50 with 30 sec breaks.

Isometric training

holding boken in shodan for 2 min on each arm on three reps then with both arms for 2 minutes (this one makes shoulders scream in agony...thats why i likes it!)

then if there is any enegry left in them i want to do attacks on the BOB ( person shaped punching bag) in 2 min incraments in differnt combinations and never repeating

aside from that Tomy Gong is coming from california to test us in our fist lvl in JKD and he's going to be very critical on every thing we do so im hella paranoid and and makes me want to train more, apparently if we do really well Mr. Smith will tape it and send the test to Ted Wong (he's Bruce Lee's last personal student)and have him sign the certification which would be a huge honor.

Tod the cage fighter is getting burned out from cage fighting form what Mr. Gordon tells me. and apparently Mr. Gordon will be retireing in 5 years, He's been really nice to me and hasent been breaking my face as bad in class. Gayle is making a painting for his wife and it looks awsome.

I plan on ghost hunting when mariane gets into town, I'm making her go to Kendo too. It will be great fun.

I was Practiceing new ideas for JKD one of witch is puching a peice of paper suspended buy a string ( the power in JKD comes from the snap motion) I did this for about 15 minutes and then I realized I hyperextended my elbow doing straight punches and it hurts like a mofo right now. Other then that nothing is new with me.

To day was difficult to say the least. Some of the old black belts came in and decided to knock me down a few pegs, needless to say they accomplished there task...it was one of those "every thing you know is worng" kind of days. Apparently I'm tellagraphing way too much in my leads. Perhaps I'm confusing it for my front lead that I use in JKD and my kempo stance. I love the foot work in JKD but all the kicks are too low and the black belt reminded me by ridge handing me across the face. But on a plus side Wayne ( AKA jerk ass black belt ) didn't land nearly as many kicks as he used too, He looked almost supprised that I was able to dodge his kick and go for a counter.

I was in a slightly bad mood so I decided to take it out on the Kendo class, I did it via painfull exersies and I enjoyed watching there faces and yelling at them when they stoped. I told them they could stop when mark said so, sept I never told mark in the first place {whoops}and drilled them for about 15 minutes then when everyone got in amor I decided to observe, I didn't watch the strikes. Insted I watched there foot work and how they reacted in a panic or when they were being charged.

We meet Eric the Dane at dennys. Eric is a 10th Dan in Kendo (that's as high as you can get in a martial art) and he informed me on differnt stances and he also told me that me kumae is too low and I tellagraph by pulling up my shoulders too much....Too much information for one day, My brain hurts. Night all.

we had a lot of fun scareing the photo ppl at wally world. we showed them the ghost pics form gayles room and macelvey lake. I hate my fucking job...I want to kick Sue right in here chain smoking face, she smokes around the fucking food and has the nerve to tell me I cross contaminate the food, then after bitching at me all day tell me i did a good job? FUCK YOU!.

I'm also further agravted by the fact I couldn't go to my saturday martial arts class becuse of a tournament that I didn't have the cash for... I need to do some sparing to chill out a little.

I need to practice for Jeet Kune Do more too but it's hard to work out on just foot work and not get bored out of your mind, were doing some kicks there is only three in the art (front, hook and side for those of you who care) and its a bitch to do them in combination with the footwork.

I find sleep to be more of a hobby anymore. Gayle pretty much makes me sleep. I never know what day it is anymore...damn.

so my crappy job just got crappier, instead of two ovens that kinda work we are now done to one oven that kinda works, the other one had a motor or something catch on fire...I hate that job so bad, it makes arson sound fun. If it doesnt happen though the machinery first

I spent 3 hours in the dojo yesterday and the instructers left after the first hour, I ended up help teaching a womens slef defence course and I got to fight some Tae kwon do people from master park, there fighting sadend me greatly the one kid was almost a black belt and I owned him but we all had a good time and now im Also taking Jeet Kune DO and its so freaking hard! we spent three classes just on stance and walking and nothing else!

Also never buy Becklin transmitters for MP3 or CD players, they make batteries EXPLODE! literaly

Work sucked yesterday, no suprise there but I just wanted to anounce it. But after I woke up i scuttled to martial arts for Kempo and Kendo when I was sparing I was noticeing the my blocks and attacks are starting to get more insinc. I know it sounds dumb but it's pretty difficult to block then directly counter especialy when your constantly fighting.
The high light of my day however was Kendo I'm currently one of the highest ranking students in my class and I get to do silly things like make the class do warm up's and some times I get to run training drills in which I try to break the other students, and we just got our armor back from japan so that means we get to spar again wwwweeee!!. when I spar I feel like a totaly differnt person it's almost like an out of body experince I don't think I just let my body move for me. I knocked the wind out of jon which is pretty hard to do with a bamboo sheni(sword)and when he's wearing armor but I don't realize how hard I swing conisdering I want to be hit just as hard...just doesn't happen as much as I would like, I guess thers a reason they call me a masakist but what ever. Then there was the pinacale of my day when I spared with mark (teacher) and I snaped his sheni when we were sparing, It made me gitty. other then that I slept all day...it was sweet.

this is the following that has been happening for the last month

I live at Gayles now

I have a new job(warren baking company)

I hate my new job

I passed my Final test in culinary school with a 90%

My new job is getting me sick from breathing in too much flour and too much heavy lifting (I called the doctor today)

Some one broke in while i was working and STOLE MY FUCKING TREANCH COAT!!

I work midnights and i cant sleep right and when i do i forget to eat witch makes me more sick. or if i do get some sleep i get severe stomech pain wich also happens at work.

I got sent home early today cuz of my stomch pain and when i called the doctors office and described it to them they said i may have to go to an emergency room for gastro something or other and im still waiting for them to call me back.

Other then that things are SUPER!

Ghost hunting

Ok after a day of job hunting. Brandon called me and Gayle and they needed some help to clean up Tamies place and finish up moving. We cleaned down the entire house and painted it too, what made it the most rewarding is when the land lady saw it and she didn't know what to say her mouth droped...(side story, Tamies roomates moved out 2 days before the end of the month and trashed the house, also there basment was caving in about a foot or so and plenty of black mold to go aroud. the land lady said tuff shit and to get out if they didn't have rent.) Tami also is trying to get a lawyer to see the black mold and see if she can get some money out of it.

Then we had to move all the stuff to Angies house. while we were there Dave said he wanted to go to Garys to get his stuff.( Gary is Dave's mom's ex boyfriend) I told Gayle his house was hella haunted and she was telling me about how her camera can pick up ghosts. So we got got to Garys house which used to be an old plantation. the Basment has a tombstone in it, also appliences like the radio and TV go on when they want. The fog was really thick which just added to the presence of this hose. The first picks we took were of the shed, which was the same place as the jail on the plantation. She took the pick and there was blue orbs all over the shed. We took one of a field and we saw something that looked a lot like a dragon wing. we took one by the lake (he lives across the street form Macalvey lake in youngstown) which was the place where a mom walked into the lake with a baby in her arms...ive seen it. anyway the picks from the lake show a huge pair of green eye almost like a snake looking directly at us. The we were heading out and we all noticed there was a presence in my back seat (It was me Gayle and Dave) so Gayle snaped a pic and when we got home we looked at the pics. The one of the back seat shots a hand with only three fingers trying to move. and what make me belive this is real is the fact the Tami had three scracth marks on her back the next day and my car had a ton of three fingerd marks in my back seat.

and on a completly different note i got a job so im not going to fail school the only thing is the job pays 5.50 and I work from 1am to 9am so im going to be a zombie and homefully still be conceious enough for karate. which also reminds me I tried kick boxing yesterday and got owned by the teacher. My shin feels like it's going to break in half...I'll be ok to do it again next week.

yesterday freaking rocked, Gayle, Skiny Dave, Chris, Shawn, Brandon,Tami and I went tick or treating with Gayles neices and nefews and we had a freaking blast. the only bad thing that I could think of was that kirstina ate the gew out of a glow stick and it kind of feaked me out, We got her something to drink and she seemed to be ok...I think.

I didn't get any candy considering im sick of most candy, I dressed like a ninja and gayle did too. I just had a blast seeing all the little kids and running around with them. oh and Dave, Shawn and Chris like vanished from our group...they are way better ninjas then me. I hope they got home ok. I also realize how out of shape I am when it comes to walking, my cafs hurt like hell last night. but all together a great night.

So today has been an appifany for me, not a good one. More like hey your life is going down the toilet and your doing nothing about it, good job!.

I realized three days ago i missed my final cooking test and didnt call my school for a make up day. I also realized that i needed to start my externship like 2 weeks ago and I havent got a call back since i turned in my application. I feel like a loser.

Doug is starting to bitch about me coming home late all the time. I got the I never do anything around the house lecture again too. after they trashed the living room and the kitchen is destroyed. For fuck sake im barely in the house anymore i pretty much live with Gayle. I still dont understand why im responsible for there messes and they yell at me like i did it.

Im debateing about going job hunting again. I need money and a job, Why do i always get fucked when I think my life is gettig back on track.

My room smells like curry...I have never made curry in this house before.

I finaly got my freaking social security card and now I can start working at squaw creek. Then Ill have some cash, so I can get my 1/3 tatoo finaly filled in all the way. and start saving for martial arts. My money runs out in december and im flat broke.

I think I'm going to get my blue belt and change to this jiu-jitsu accademy down the street. They have like 3 hour sessions and they have classes like 6 days a week. Which is a huge pluss for me, however I dont know what my schedlue wiil be like at work. But im still going to try to keep up with all my martial arts.

But the real kicker is when I droped Denise back off at her house she looks at me and says "man im tired, that really took it out of me." after I faught off the urge to find a spork I was like yeah I am too.

However on a good note me and Gayle are going out to see Charlie and the Choclate factory. Also I made BBQ veggie burgers, and it almost tasted like moo cow the way I made them. While im thinking of it, Katie the recepie for the noodles is one egg to one cup of flour with a little water and a pinch of salt.

I realized something I hate about finding a new food, the next thing you eat after that unless it's as good or better then your current favorite food is a complete let down. Gayle and I ate this stir fry thing from the store and when we were eating, we both looked at each other and said the curry was way better.

I want to start my job so bad but I can’t until I get my stupid social security card. (Yes I know it’s stupid to carry that card with you but I had the number on my license anyway) I really don’t care they can have all the non existent credit they want

I’m starting to get into the habit of working out again. I also remember how much I get involved with it too. I need something to keep me occupied; I want a job so bad I want to start learning again. My car needs an oil change like 1500 miles ago. I don’t know how Brandon survives on 20 a week and manages to smoke half a pack a day. I commend you sir.

I have a new favorite food. It's vegetable curry, so good. And Gayle got the best movie ever! It’s called kickboxing academy, GET IT NOW it has ninja's horrible acting and a freaking power ranger! Oh yeah and one of the extras looks like my kendo teacher.

Brandon is starting to get me to live at the pool hall again, I realize I now only come home for sleep and clothes and that’s about it...and urban dead. I'm really tired but yet i don’t want to sleep, no wait I do want to sleep. I’m just in one of those moods where your so tired you cant sleep. Did I mention how awesome veggie curry it, cuz it's that freaking good.

I play with Tami’s kids more then I shoot pool and the ck in town and that makes me haponly thing I don’t like about going is reeking of smoke when i get home but on a good note Marianne is bapy, along with the hour long poke war. I swear were as bad as the little kids. We can just get away with it easier now.
